Marketing Sites
Our platform provides modern, mobile-responsive landing pages specifically designed to attract and engage homebuyers. These pages enable users to effortlessly create property websites that showcase listings effectively.

Creating a Site
* Indicates a required field.
- Navigate to Marketing. Click on Sites on the top of the page.
- Click on the + Create Site button located at the top-right of the page.
- Select a template:
- Single Property Site: Standard template for a property listing.
- Contact Us Site: Template with fields specific for contact information.
- Event Site: Includes fields for event date and time (currently manual entry, but will soon feature a date/time selector).
- Click on Next on the type right of the screen.
- Configure the Site:
- Site Name: By default, the site will be named "Site." You can rename it by clicking the pencil icon next to the site name at the top-left corner of the page.
- Enter the new site name and click Ok.
Real-Time Editing and Live Updates

Instant Preview: Any edits you make to text, images, and other site content will appear immediately in the preview.

Live Preview: The preview reflects what the site will look like when published, with minor exceptions. This is your chance to adjust before going live.

Choose a Style: Once you've selected your template, choose one of the following styles:

Minimalist: Clean and simple design with an emphasis on content.

Modern: A contemporary style with bold lines and design elements.

Elegant: A refined and sophisticated design, perfect for luxury properties.

- Hero
- Hero Title: Enter the title that will appear at the top of the site.
- Hero Image - This will be the main image that shows on the site.
- Recommended size is 1920 x 1080px.
- Highlights
- Price - Price of the listing.
- Size - Square footage of the listing.
- Bedrooms - Number of bedrooms available in the listing.
- Bathrooms - Number of bathrooms. This will display as entered. For example, one and half bath would be shown as 1.5.
- Description - Provide a description for the home.
- Gallery - You can upload additional pictures that will be displayed beneath the description. You may select more than one image to be uploaded.
- Form - Any form that you have created will be listed in the dropdown. select the form you wish to use for this particular site. To learn more about forms see this article - Marketing Forms.

If you want your site to be published immediately upon creation, check the "Published" box in the top-right corner. If you don’t check this box, the site will be created but not published. You won’t be able to view the site live until it’s published.
- Click Create.
Once your site is successfully created, a pop-up will display your site’s URL. You can use this link in emails or other materials. Click View Live to open your site in a new tab. Click Back to Sites to return to the Marketing Sites main page. To exit the pop-up, click the X in the top-right corner to return to the site creation page.
Not all sections are available with every template. For example, the Highlights section is only available in the Single Property template.
A form is required to create a site. The Create Site button will not be accessible unless a form is selected.
Autofill with MLS only works if the MLS feature flag is enabled. If this feature is not available for your account, you will need to manually enter the property details.
Editing an Existing Site

Navigate to Marketing and click Sites at the top of the page.

Click the ... next to the site you want to edit.

Select Edit.

Make the necessary changes.

Click Save Changes to apply the updates.
Unpublishing a Site

Navigate to Marketing and click Sites at the top of the page.

Click the ... next to the site you want to unpublish.

Select Edit.

Uncheck the Published checkbox.

Click Save Changes to unpublish the site.
Get your Site URL

Navigate to Marketing and click Sites at the top of the page.

Click the ... next to the site you want to edit.

Select Show Site URL.

A pop-up with the URL will appear.

Click Copy Link to copy the URL.

To view the live site, click View Live.

Click Back to Sites to return to your list of sites.
Deleting a Site

Navigate to Marketing and click Sites at the top of the page.

Click the ... next to the site you want to delete.

Select Delete.
-
A pop-up will ask if you're sure you want to delete the site.

Click Delete to confirm or Cancel to return to the sites page.
