Export Transactions to CSV
❗️Please note that exporting transactions to a CSV is currently not available within the platform. Please follow the steps below to submit a request to our 24/7 support team.
Submit a Request via Email
- Open your email client and send a request to support@thinkaidium.com.
- In the body of the email explain that you would like an export of your transactions.
- If you also need an export of your contacts you can also request that to be completed in the same email.
- Our Support team will get back to you and provide a reference number.
- Once the export has been completed it will be forwarded onto you.
Submit a Request via Platform Support Chat
- In the Aidium Platform click on your user menu in the bottom left.
- Click on Chat with Support.
- Click on the Chat with Support button.
- Enter that you would like to get an export of your transactions and/or contacts.
- A Support team member will respond shortly, acknowledging your request.
- Once the export(s) have been completed they will be forwarded to you.
