Export Transactions to CSV

❗️Please note that exporting transactions to a CSV is currently not available within the platform. Please follow the steps below to submit a request to our 24/7 support team.

Submit a Request via Email

  1. Open your email client and send a request to support@thinkaidium.com. 
  2. In the body of the email explain that you would like an export of your transactions. 
    1. If you also need an export of your contacts you can also request that to be completed in the same email.
  3. Our Support team will get back to you and provide a reference number. 
  4. Once the export has been completed it will be forwarded onto you. 

Submit a Request via Platform Support Chat

  1. In the Aidium Platform click on your user menu in the bottom left. 
  2. Click on Chat with Support. 
  3. Click on the Chat with Support  button.
  4. Enter that you would like to get an export of your transactions and/or contacts.
  5. A Support team member will respond shortly, acknowledging your request.
  6. Once the export(s) have been completed they will be forwarded to you.
