In just about any place that you find a contact referenced, a text message or email can be quickly sent to that contact. We'll show all the ways that you can send text message or email to a contact within Aidium.
Communication is a cornerstone to building great relationships and trust in the mortgage industry. That's why Aidium makes it incredibly quick, easy and intuitive to send both text and email to contacts from any page that references a contact. Below, we'll show where and how to do so.

To ensure consistency, Aidium uses the same method for sending communications, regardless of where on the app you interact. Therefore, if you would like more details on how to send, click one of the following links:

Dashboard
From the Team Dashboard, we can scroll down to the 'Contact Nurture' section. This will display recent or upcoming Birthdays and Loan Anniversaries. From there, we can simply click the Email or Text icons to send a quick communication to the contact.

Contacts Page
On the contacts page, as well as many other pages, we'll see three dots [...], also called an ellipsis, next to a contact. If we click on that, we'll be provided with many options. Within these options includes 'Send a Text' and 'Send an Email', among many other options.
In our case, we'll choose 'Send Text'. Next, the Send Text drawer will open for us to write a text message to this contact. Once complete, we'll click 'Send SMS'. This will send the text and return us to back to the Contacts page.

Contact Detail
Buttons for starting a new text message or email are located in two different places on a Contact's detail view. The upper-right buttons and the lower-left buttons under the Communication History.
Each button will open their respective sending drawer for sending.

Communications Page
The Communications page will display all outbound and inbound emails and text messages, in the order in which they happened. At the bottom of the list of recent communications, there are buttons for each Email and Text.
In the image below, we can see that Kenny just send us a text message that their offer was accepted. From there, we can simply click the 'Text' button to respond directly.

Transactions Page
Much like the Contacts page, sending a text message or email can be initiated by clicking the three dots [...], also called an ellipsis, next to a contact. However, in addition to one contact, we can do so on any contact linked to a transaction. This includes: Borrower, Co-Borrower, Buying Agent, Selling Agent and many more.
In the image below, we clicked the ellipsis next to the Buying Agent. This shows all of the options that we can apply to this contact without ever having to open/view it. From here, we could send a text or email to any contact linked to any transaction.

Universal Search
The Universal Search function is a great, time-saving way to find and act on any contact within your team. We'll simply click on the 'Search' and then start typing the contact we're looking for. Once we see that contact in the list, we'll click on the three dots [...], also called an ellipsis. Then we'll choose either Send Email or Send Text, among many of the other quick options.
