Mass Actions provide the ability to make changes or send communications to multiple contacts at the same time. You can export, delete or reassign contacts in just a few steps.
Before beginning with Mass Actions - It is important to understand the following article subjects:
-
Anatomy of Contacts Table View - This will help you understand how to adjust columns, # of visible contacts and pages of contacts.
- How to Filter Contacts - This will help you filter/find the contacts that you want to take mass action on.
💡 Using filtering on contacts allows you to easily segment contacts you want to make edits to.
Next, you will want to set the # of contacts per page to include enough to fulfill your goal. There is a maximum of 100 contacts at a time.
⚠️ Mass Actions is only available in the Contacts Table View. Not Pipeline View.
