How to Use Universal Search
The Universal Search in Aidium is designed to help you quickly find the contact you need—whether it’s to view details, follow up, or take action—all within seconds.
Where to Find It
You’ll find the Universal Search bar at the top of your screen—just below your team name and above the menu group. Simply click into the bar to get started.
How to Use Universal Search

Start Typing: You can search by first name, last name, email address, or even phone number.

As you type, Aidium will begin auto-searching your database.

Any matching or closely matching results will appear, with highlighted keywords in yellow for quick visual reference.
Identifying Contacts

Results will indicate whether the person is a client or a partner, giving you context before taking any action.
Taking Action from Search Results
Once you've located the correct contact, you have two main options:
Option 1: Quick Actions
Click the ellipsis (⋯) next to a contact to:

Send an email

Send a text message
-
Add a note
-
Create a task
Option 2: View Contact Details
Click on the contact’s name or select "View Contact" at the bottom of the ellipsis menu to enter the full Contact Detail screen. From there, you can perform any follow-up or engagement necessary.
