Contact Detail View – Custom Contact Fields

Custom Contact Fields allow you and your team to capture and track additional details specific to your lead and client management process. These fields are always accessible on a contact record and can be easily added or updated.

In the new Contact Detail view, accessing these fields is simpler than ever. No matter which tab you're viewing, key contact details—including custom fields—are displayed in the right-hand sidebar.

Custom Contact Fields appear at the bottom of this sidebar, following:

  1. Contact Information

  2. Basic Information

  3. Custom Fields

You can scroll down this panel to view as many custom fields as needed—there’s no limit to how many can be displayed.

In the example below, you'll see how the custom contact fields appear at the bottom of the sidebar. The animated GIF demonstrates scrolling through these fields and updating them by clicking Edit Contact in the top-right corner.
