Introduction to Automation and Types
In this video, we'll detail the similarities and differences between Contact-based and Transaction-based automations. Understanding how these work, act and are added is a foundational step to creating functional and logical automations.
Contact-based Automations - Big 3
These will be our Newsletters, Nurture Campaigns and Anniversary Greetings. We'll review each main Contact-based automation, and how they are added: manually, automatically or in batches. All designed to market, nurture and stay connected to leads, prospects, closed borrowers and agents or partners alike.
Transaction-based Automations
These are how we communicate loan (or transaction) updates. Whether we have our LOS integrated or manually update transactions, these are automatically added to transactions based on changes or milestones. These will communicate to borrowers, agents and any other contact linked to a transaction.
Playbook Automations Walk-through
Our go-to for pre-built marketing and loan in-process automations. These are designed to springboard our team or enterprise into a fully functioning marketing machine with little effort or marketing prowess.
Manually Building Automations
Here, we'll demonstrate the ease in which we can build our own automations from scratch. In this example, we'll build and activate a 'New Lead Automation', designed to introduce out team and add follow-up activities.
Using Merge Tags, Sending to Related or Linked Contacts, Entry Conditions
Finally, we'll demonstrate some more advanced techniques for customizing automation communications to work for everyone in our team or enterprise. Demonstrate how to communicate with 'Related' or 'Linked' contacts on both Contact-based and Transaction-based automations. Then, we'll take a closer look at how easy it is to use Entry Conditions to automatically add an automation.
