We understand how important it is to manage your partner network. You rely on real estate agents, title agents, other loan officers and more to send you referrals on a regular basis.
With Daily AI, you can streamline communications with partners and automate inbound lead processing via our robust Partners feature.
We will explore each of the following capabilities:
- Adding Partners through a CSV Upload

Complete the steps in this guide, and you’ll be ready to start managing partners with Daily AI.
Adding Partners through a CSV Upload
To locate your Partners page, log into your account: mortgage.dailyai.io. Click “Partners” on the toolbar menu.
- Select the “CSV” option located in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
- From here, you can drag and drop your .csv file or access it from your system files.
- Click “Done.”
- Complete the field mapping steps. If you need help with mapping fields, check out this article.
Field Mapping Example: Mapping a Partner’s First Name
- Select the .csv row titled that contains your partners’ first names.
- Select the corresponding column across the row and select “First Name.”
- Repeat this exercise until all your columns are mapped.
- Please click “Continue,” and your upload will initiate.
Tip: You may upload up to 3,000 partner contacts at a time.
Adding One-off Partners
If you need to upload one or two Partners, you don’t need to go through a complete .csv upload to do so. You can also add Partners as one-offs to your database when needed.
- Click “Add Partners” located in the upper right-hand corner of your Partners page.
- Complete the partner form fields with all the information available.
- Once you’ve filled out the proper information, please select “Add Partner” to complete the task.
Tip: During this process, you have the option to assign a partner source to your existing contacts. This allows you to track referral activity over time by tagging contacts that previously came from partners.
Tip: You also have the option to “Add a Contact” to this referral partner upon creation. In the lower left-hand corner, see “Add Contact”. Once selected, a display will appear allowing you to append a new contact to this partner.
Setting up Custom Landing Pages for Partners
Streamlining the lead generation process is key to managing your partner referral network. Custom Landing pages allow you to create custom lead capture forms with unique URLs for each referral partner.
With this approach, your partners can send you leads directly. From here, you can route leads captured by these custom landing pages directly into the drip campaigns of your choice.
Once you’ve created a Partner in Daily AI, you now may create a custom landing page for them.
- Click on an individual Partner record. On the right-hand side, click on the three small vertical dots.
- Five options will appear:
- Edit Partner: This allows you to edit the information in the Partner record.
- View: This allows you to view Partner information.
- Lead: This is where you can create your custom landing page.
- Custom Messages: This is where you can set up messaging automations for this Partner.
- Delete: This is where you can delete the Partner record. This action cannot be undone.
- Please click “Lead.” You'll now see a pop-up indi: https://partner.dailyai.io/
- To complete your custom landing page, customize the URL. As each custom landing page is unique to each Partner, we recommend using an identifier such as initials and area code.
- For example, Partner “Daniel McKinnon” with area Code “517” could be set up as: https://partner.dailyai.io/DM517
- From here, copy the unique URL and send it to your partner so you can start managing the inbound leads they send you directly in your CRM.
Setting up Custom Messages for Partners
You always want to be the first lender your real estate agents recommend to homebuyers. Managing communications across your partner network through automation will help keep you front of mind when it comes time for them to make a referral.
Custom Messages allow you to configure messaging automations as soon a partner sends you a new lead. With our custom messages you can send updates to a partner, yourself and the lead.
- Once you’ve created a Partner in Daily AI, you now may create a custom landing page for them. Click on an individual Partner record. On the right-hand side, click on the three small vertical dots.
- Five options will appear:
- Edit Partner: This allows you to edit the information in the Partner record.
- View: This allows you to view Partner information.
- Lead: This is where you can create your custom landing page.
- Custom Messages: This is where you can set up messaging automations for this Partner.
- Delete: This is where you can delete the Partner record. This action cannot be undone.
- Select “Custom Messages”. Three options will appear:
- Contact: This option sends a message to leads captured through your Partner landing page. Your options are a one-off text message, or you can place them into a drip campaign.
- Message: A screen will display where you can either create a custom message or view a message designed by your administrator.
- Drip - Realtor Upload Outreach: Selecting this option will bring up the drip campaigns you’ve created. Choose the campaign that best fits the leads referred by this partner. Or better yet, you can go back and create a custom drip campaign to convert partner leads effectively.
- Partner: This is a message that will automatically be sent to the referring agent once they have sent you a lead. You should edit this to make it more personal and aligned to your communication style.
- Loan Officer: This sends you a notification you once a partner sends you a new lead. Select your preferred notification and message text.
