Daily AI Media is a powerful tool that helps you drive up performance. Video texts have the highest rate of conversion in our industry. And voice drops (ringless voicemails) are a helpful tool as well to drive user action.
With our Media tool, you can create, upload, and manage audio and video clips for text messages, ringless voicemails, and emails.

Locate Your Media
- Log into your DailyAI Account at mortgage.dailyai.io.
- In your toolbar menu, select “Media."
Create a Video Recording
- Click the “Video Record” button in the upper right-hand corner.
- Enable access to your computer's microphone and camera.
- Give your video a name prior to recording.
- When you're ready to record, select the video icon located in the middle of the screen.
- Once the video has been recorded, you can review it by selecting "Play."
- If you'd like to re-do a video, click the “Record” icon when you're ready.
- When the video is complete, click “Save.”
Note: Video texts shouldn't go over 15 seconds. Longer videos are best suited for email.
Create an Audio Recording
- Click “Audio” in the upper left-hand corner.
- Activate your audio as prompted by your browser.
- Please give your audio file a name.
- When you're ready to record, select the green video icon located in the middle of the screen.
- Once the audio has been recorded, you can review it by selecting "Play."
- If you'd like to re-do this clip, click the “Record” icon when you're ready.
- When complete, click “Save.”
Note: If you're storing several video or audio clips, you can use the search bar in the upper right-hand corner to easily access what you need.
