Customize the information you store for contacts, transactions, and users.
When managing contacts and loans, many businesses require custom fields that align with their unique needs. While Daily AI provides a foundation of standard, essential data fields for contacts and transactions, we also give you the ability to create your own custom fields — no programming knowledge required!
Do you or members of your team ask the same questions when talking to a new lead? You can use custom fields for contacts to build an intake form. This streamlines data entry and database management for you and your team.
Complete the steps in this guide, and you’ll be ready to start managing Daily AI custom fields.
Note: If you are a member of a team, custom fields are managed by team leads. Please contact your team lead if you need to update your custom fields.
