Email and Automation Merge Fields

Merge fields dynamically pull personalized data - such as a client's name, address, and/or related contact into emails.

Merge Fields are placeholders in Aidium that dynamically pull personalized data—such as a client’s name, loan amount, or application status—into emails both ad-hoc and within automations. When an email is sent, these fields automatically populate with specific information from the client’s record, creating a customized experience without requiring manual updates. This saves time and ensures consistency, allowing for more personalized, efficient, and scalable communication with clients.

Contact Merge Fields

Contact merge fields are available when sending a mass email through the contact list, an individual email from the contact details page, and a contact based automation. 


Transactions Merge Fields

Transaction merge fields are only available in transaction based automations.
