ARIVE to Lendware Connection Overview

Lendware LOS Connection via Zapier Basics

If a loan origination system (LOS) has a direct integration with Zapier, we may be able to connect it to Lendware to add and update transaction and contact information from the LOS to our system.  ARIVE and LendingPad are two LOS’s for which we have already done this successfully, and if a user wants to connect one of these to their Lendware account, we have a streamlined process for doing so that requires minimal assistance from the user.

LOS connections to Lendware via Zapier are unidirectional; Lendware cannot send information to a user’s LOS, but the connection will allow users to automatically create and update Transactions and related Contacts in Lendware when a loan is updated in their LOS.

Note: Manual updates made to Transactions or Contacts in Lendware may be overwritten by updates made to those same loans or related contacts in a connected LOS.  We recommend updating information in your LOS to ensure consistency between both systems unless you are updating a field in Lendware that is not automatically updated by your LOS connection.

Initial ARIVE Connection Setup

To set up the connection between ARIVE and Lendware , we first need to establish a connection from ARIVE to Zapier.  ARIVE requires that users have the Broker Pro version of ARIVE in order to connect their ARIVE account to Zapier.  Users who have the Broker Basic version of ARIVE should first contact ARIVE support to discuss upgrading their account if they wish to connect their account to Lendware.

Users currently in the implementation process should speak with their main point of contact for the implementation to begin setting up their ARIVE connection.  For users already using Lendware who are not currently in implementation, they should contact our support team at support@lendware.ai and notify them that they would like assistance in connecting their ARIVE account to Lendware.  Our team will request additional information from your ARIVE administrator to establish the initial connection.  For teams with more than one user, a list of each Loan Officer in ARIVE who needs their loans brought into Lendware will be needed as well, in addition to the email addresses associated with their ARIVE logins.

ARIVE Connection Features

With our Zapier connection between ARIVE and Lendware, loan information from ARIVE will automatically be sent to the Lendware CRM and associated with the Loan Officer assigned to the loan in ARIVE.  Loan information is sent from ARIVE to Lendware when:

  • A new loan is created in ARIVE
  • A loan’s status in ARIVE is updated
  • A loan tracker on a loan in ARIVE is updated

Note: Historic loans that were last updated or closed prior to the setup of a connection will not be able to be transferred to Lendware via the Zapier connection unless the loan status or a loan tracker is updated in ARIVE after the connection has been established.  We recommend adding historic loan data to Lendware via a CSV upload.

If the information is for a loan not currently in Lendware, the Zapier connection will create a new Transaction in Lendware.  Related contacts such as the Borrower, Coborrower, and Buying Agent will be automatically created and associated with the loan in Lendware as well.  Any existing contacts in Lendware that are associated with the loan will be updated as long as the primary contact information (Last Name, Phone Number, and Email) in ARIVE matches the contact information in Lendware.  For existing Transactions in Lendware, these will be updated with the most up to date info from ARIVE.  Transactions in Lendware will be identified by Lendware’s Loan Number field, which will be the same as ARIVE’s Loan ID.

Note: All contacts associated with a loan in ARIVE must be assigned different phone numbers and emails.  Using duplicate phone numbers or emails for contacts in ARIVE can result in loan and contact data failing to properly transfer to Lendware.

Most standard loan information will be sent to Lendware, including borrower contact and address information, property information, loan details, and related contacts for the transaction.

Here is a list of all transaction fields that can be updated in Lendware through the ARIVE connection:

  • Transaction Status
